  • Tighten all bolts using a torque wrench. Make sure the bolt installation is strong and does not wobble.
  • Install the transmission housing by placing the transmission housing on a jack and then pumping the jack until the height between the transmission and clutch
  • housing is the same. After that, push the transmission housing forward until the transmission shaft can enter the clutch shaft.
  • Install the fixing bolts on the transmission housing with a key (14 mm) crosswise and evenly. After that, remove the jack stand which is used to hold the machine.
  • Attach the support to the transmission body to the car body by fastening it using 4 fastening bolts. Do this using a ring wrench (17 mm)
  • Pair the propeller shaft by inserting the shaft, starting from the front and entering the transmission housing at the output. After that, install the propeller shaft at the back with 4 nuts and 1 fastening bolt.
  • Reinstall the clutch lever on the release fork, then install the return spring using a screwdriver (-) and pliers. After that, plug the reverse cable back into the socket.
  • Install the gear lever with pliers
  • Then reinstall the starter motor with the 2 fastening bolts and reconnect the battery cable (-) with terminals 30 and 50 of the starter and ST ignition key.
    Release the jack slowly.
  • Once finished, don’t forget to test. To test it, you can do it on public roads by shifting the car’s gears. If it runs smoothly without strange sounds appearing, then the replacement process was successful.
